​CNC precision creates a quality product, which combined with continued customer support, has allowed my thrusters to be recognized in the US and through out other countries.

Working in my home shop, each thruster is manufactured to precise tolerances.  The CNC mill  makes precision parts for dependable service.  Parts cut on the lathe offer hand crafted quality which will last for years to come.

Thrusters are constructed of 6061  aluminum.
The rods are .375 in. turned, ground and polished steel.
The bearings are SAE 841 bronze flanged-sleeved.
The trigger rod is 1045 cold finished steel.

​Recognizing the unique designs of each individual box builder, the knockouts are left at 3.5 inches long.

You can cut the length of the rod to the precise need of your box.   

​The linkage was designed to fulfill many currant desires in today’s box building. Measuring 5 inches, with an additional inch available to adjust for play and easier placement within your box. 

 In a sport timed in “thousandths of a second”, the ability to change up the trip point of the pedal/ thruster combination is in itself unique.  The barrel on the linkage can be adjusted so the slightest touch on the pedal releases the ball.  Instructions are included on how you can use this feature in your box!  

​A Clean Thruster is a Faster Thruster!   With this in mind, my goal was to provide a thruster that took minimal breakdown time to keep the thrusters working like new.  Simply take out the rod from the faceplate of your thruster by removing the barrel stop and rubber grommet.  Clean the rod with a paper towel or clean cloth.  Instructions included.  I recommend cleaning the thrusters just before a tournament, or sooner as needed if you practice on grass.  The task should take about 15 minutes for your whole box.
